Drawing on his background in building and managing successful businesses—including The PW Collection—Paul brings a wealth of knowledge in product development, operations, and client engagement. Since launching PW Promotions, Paul has applied his expertise to deliver high-quality branded merchandise to businesses, sporting clubs, schools, and associations across Australia. He oversees the entire process—from concept and design to production and delivery—ensuring that every order is accurate, on-brand, and on time. Sales & Production Manager
With a strong foundation in customer service and team leadership, Kloee Blewitt brings energy, precision, and reliability to her role as Production & Sales Manager at PW Promotions. Her background includes over 8 years in retail customer service and 3 years in management at On The Run—experience that has shaped her exceptional organisational and people skills. Since joining the business in its early stages, Kloee has played a pivotal role in developing streamlined production systems and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. She manages every step of the production process with a focus on quality control, accurate proofing, stock coordination, and timely delivery—ensuring each promotional order is fulfilled to the highest standard. Kloee also oversees sales support and customer communication, helping clients choose the right products to suit their brand and needs. Marketing & Administration Manager
Vanessa Vowles brings over 25 years of experience in marketing and high-level administration to her role at PW Promotions. With a strong background in managing small business operations and building successful brands, she plays a key role in driving the company's marketing presence and streamlining its administrative systems. As the former owner of Mylight, a custom product business she ran from 2009 to 2019, Vanessa developed a deep understanding of product-based marketing, digital sales, and customer engagement. Her hands-on experience in managing everything from design to delivery has equipped her with a unique ability to support both the creative and operational sides of the business. At PW Promotions, Vanessa oversees the day-to-day administration and is responsible for the development and management of digital marketing efforts—including website content, email campaigns, and social media strategy. Her focus on efficiency, brand clarity, and customer communication ensures that every client interaction is smooth, professional, and aligned with the PW Promotions standard.
