At PW Promotions, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom-branded products directly to your door. This policy outlines how we handle shipping and delivery for all orders placed through our website or team.

Shipping Within Australia
We deliver Australia-wide using trusted courier and postal services. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Production and Delivery Timeframes
As all our products are custom-made, production and delivery timeframes will be confirmed once your artwork is approved and are subject to product availability at the time of ordering. We’ll provide an estimated delivery timeframe when your order is confirmed.

Order Dispatch and Tracking
Once your order has been produced and dispatched, we will provide tracking information (where applicable) so you can monitor its delivery status. If tracking is unavailable, our team will keep you informed of expected delivery.

Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are usually incorporated into the total cost of the quote provided at the time of ordering. If additional charges apply (e.g. for remote areas or express shipping), these will be clearly communicated before payment is required.
 

Authority to Leave (ATL)
Unless otherwise advised, parcels may be delivered with Authority to Leave at the address provided. If you require a signature on delivery, please let us know at the time of ordering.

Delivery Delays and Issues
While we do everything we can to ensure your order arrives promptly, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control. PW Promotions is not responsible for delays once your order has been handed to the delivery provider, but we’ll work with you to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your delivery details are correct at the time of ordering. Additional fees may apply for re-delivery or redirection if the provided address is incorrect or incomplete.
