1. Products and Customisation
We provide custom-branded promotional products for businesses, schools, sporting clubs, and organisations. By placing an order, you confirm that all artwork, logos, and designs you submit are owned by you or that you have permission to use them.

2. Orders and Proofing
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Upon confirmation, you will receive a digital proof for approval. Production will not commence until you approve the final design. It is your responsibility to carefully review all details before approval.

3. Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. A deposit or full payment may be required before production. We accept payment by bank transfer and other methods as specified at checkout.

4. Turnaround Times and Delivery
Production times vary based on product type and order size. Estimated timeframes will be provided at the time of order. We use trusted courier services to deliver Australia-wide. PW Promotions is not liable for delivery delays once the product has left our premises.

5. Cancellations and Changes
Once artwork approval is received and production has commenced, changes or cancellations may not be possible. If a cancellation is approved before production begins, a design or administration fee may apply.

6. Returns and Refunds
As our products are custom-made, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item is faulty or incorrect due to our error. Please notify us of any issues within 7 days of receiving your order, with photographic evidence where applicable.

7. Intellectual Property
All designs, concepts, and content created by PW Promotions remain our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without written permission. Client-supplied artwork remains the property of the client.

8. Limitation of Liability
PW Promotions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the cost of the goods supplied.

9. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use your details solely to process orders and communicate with you.

10. Amendments
PW Promotions reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.
