At PW Promotions, we take pride in the quality of our custom-branded products and are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your order. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Custom Products
As all our products are custom-made to your specifications, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or errors approved in the final artwork proof.
Refunds and Replacements
We will offer a refund, replacement, or credit if:
The item received is faulty or damaged
The item is significantly different from what was approved in your final proof
There was an error made by us during production
To be eligible, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide:
A clear description of the issue
Photographic evidence of the fault or error
Your order number or proof of purchase
We will review the issue and advise the next steps, which may include a replacement, credit, or refund. Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original method of payment.
Delivery Issues
PW Promotions is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused during transit. However, we will work with our courier partners to investigate and resolve any delivery-related issues where possible.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started. If you wish to cancel an order before this point, please contact us immediately. Design or administration fees may apply for cancelled orders where artwork or setup work has been completed.
